DBE Final Rule webinar - Definitions and Requirements

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) is hosting a webinar on the recently-implemented "final rule" making numerous updates to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs. This session will provide guidance new definitions, particularly those relating to the definition of "Commercially Useful Function"; requirements for a DBE to be considered a "Regular Dealer and Distributor"; and more. The webinar will run from 1 PM to 3 PM EST.
