DBE Final Rule webinar - Decertification while under contract

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) is hosting a webinar on the recently-implemented "final rule" making numerous updates to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs. This session will cover what you need to know and what you can do if your DBE business is decertified while in the middle of performance on a contract, covering various scenarios, and with particular respect to the changes introduced by the new Final Rule to this specific event. The webinar will run from 1 PM to 3 PM EST.
