While we provide you with the documentation of the outreach we perform on your behalf, we do not complete forms for you. In many cases, an agency awarding the contract will allow you to attach our outreach documentation to your required forms. However, you should consult with the agency before doing so.
Advertisements run from the moment they are submitted through your online account until the bid date you list on the advertisement.
Since our start in 2005, we've helped customers reach out to DBEs, MWBEs, DVBE, and other small businesses in 47 U.S. states. If there is a directory of certified firms available, we're able to provide outreach assistance services.
There are 3 options. First, if you have your own list you can upload it. Second, we can select the subs / suppliers based on the information you provided while submitting your order. Third, if you contract is located in certain states, you can search and select subs / suppliers yourself during the order submission process.
