for D.V.B.E. Participation Goal of 3% total contract.

Project Cost Estimate: $12,100,000 / Duration: 14.5 months

Project Description: New 22,0547 sq. ft. high school gym and related and site work.

These contractors and subcontractors must submit an original fully completed and sealed Prequalification
Questionnaire to the District at the time/date/location indicated here:

Subcontractors over $100,000 subcontract value must provide payment and performance bonds.
