Stalco is submitting a bid to SUNY Farmingdale for the Partial Renovation of University Police Headquarters project and are seeking qualified NYS Certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes

The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

The work includes selective demolition at University Police Headquarters that includes but is not limited to, removal of partial existing structural wall/walls, slab, foundations, roofing, finishes, equipment, doors, hardware, and casework. Demolition will include environmental remediation.

Proposed work includes new footings, foundations, slab, walls, roof, finishes, installation of new equipment, sink, casework, lighting, new doors, new door hardware, new HVAC systems to support the new occupancy of this space, general electrical and plumbing work in areas of work indicated within Contract Documents.

Work scope also includes the construction of a pre-manufactured storage building and site work to accommodate the new utility connections and grading.
