The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and other services necessary for the performance of all operations to remove and replace existing roofing and roof drainage at the locations listed.

Pro Ex Construction Inc also can assist the Bidder with bonding or insurance assistance, estimating, or the breaking of work into smaller incremental pieces.

Scope of Work
SCOPE OF WORK
A. A50 Bay Fair Station Platform Canopy Scope of Work:
1. Remove and properly dispose of existing single-ply roofing system
including insulation, coverboard and flashing down to the metal roof deck
at the Bay Fair Station Platform Canopy.
2. Inspect the metal decking for rust, damage, use shop vac to remove
debris, repair as necessary prior to installation of the roofing system.
Proposed repairs shall be reviewed and approved by Engineer prior to
commencement of work. Completed repairs shall be made available to
Engineer for review and approval prior to covering of work.
3. Provide all materials, equipment, tools, appurtenances, facilities, and services
required for performing and completing reroofing work at the Bay Fair Station
platform canopy roof as indicated. This includes the installation of a new factoryapplied white metal-surfaced modified bitumen cap sheet over modified bitumen
base sheet, including rigid insulation, cover board, cants, saddles, flashing, counter
flashing, sealant, aluminum clips at louvers and new walkway pads. This work also
includes the installation of new roof drainage piping, pipe clamps and hangers/
fasteners, tie-ins to existing vertical drain pipes and new roof drains at the Bay Fair
Station platform canopy roof. All new drain pipe shall be painted.
4. Removal and replacement of roofing system shall be conducted in a manner that
existing metal decking shall not be exposed for more than 12 hours. The metal
decking shall be covered and protected from water intrusion and debris during
expected exposures. Proposed water intrusion protection work plan shall be
reviewed and approved by Engineer.
B. A90 Fremont Station Platform Canopy Scope of Work:
1. Remove and properly dispose of existing single-ply roofing system including
insulation, coverboard and flashing down to the metal roof deck at the Fremont
Station Platform Canopy.
