The Butte County Association of Governments (BCAG) is seeking proposals from qualified
Contractors/Vendors to provide a unified on-demand response software solution for Butte
Regional Transit (B-Line) that will include a streamlined mobile application platform for
scheduling and dispatching on-demand rides to meet the current and future needs of B-Line. The selected Contractor/Vendor must demonstrate exemplary project management skills
coordinating with multiple providers, including IT staff for the development, design, and
implementation of the required solution. It is also strongly desired that the selected
Contractor/Vendor has experience developing and managing similar on-demand mobile
application software solutions for public transit service agencies.

Indicate if the DBE commitment can be met by using a certified DBE or not. BCAG’s overall goal for this project is 1.35% Note: If the DBE goal cannot cannot be met, please complete the attached Good Faith Efforts exhibit with the proposal.

Insurance Coverage: The prospective Contractor/Vendor shall provide a summary of the
firm's insurance coverage for Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, Professional Errors and Omissions Insurance, Automotive Liability Insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance. Note: An ACORD certificate, or equivalent, with all supporting documentation may be submitted and will suffice to meet this requirement.
