RCI is seeking proposals from qualified landscape service providers (each, a “Contractor”) to perform landscape maintenance services (the “Services”) based on a determined frequency for the UTD's Main Campus and Housing. The Services shall include, but not limited to:
• Irrigation system maintenance and repair
• Turf area maintenance
• Shrub and hedge maintenance
• Ground cover maintenance
• Tree maintenance
• Application program
• Mulching
• Housing area creek debris & growth cleaning
• Plant replacement
• Plant installation
