The Gilroy Campus of the Gavilan Joint Community College District (GJCCD) is set to undergo the construction of a new 2-story, 49,605 square foot Library & Student Resource Center (LSRC). Several scopes of the project have already been procured and are under contract. This bid event is for the remaining trades only.

This project is subject to a PSA / CCA agreement which is available in the reference documents.
