Project Description: Work includes
furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment, incidentals and services for the construction and completion of the “Industrial Sewer Collection System”. The Work includes but is not limited to: all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work in compliance with the specifications, including but not limited to construction of approximately 11,000 LF of 27-inch and 24-inch PVC gravity sewer pipeline from Katherine Street to the proposed industrial water treatment facility, adjacent to the City’s existing wastewater treatment plant, in accordance with the Approved Plans and Specifications, including all associated materials, service connections, appurtenances and other Work. E.E $9M to $9.5M

Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: surveying, painting and coatings, pipe fittings, PVC pipe, ductile-iron pipe, HDPE pipe, plug valves, concrete polymer manholes, concrete pavement, dewatering, trenching, traffic control, trucking.

Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Small Business Enterprise firms (includes MBE, WBE, SBE, SBRA, LSAF, & HUB). The Project may be funded in whole or part by the EPA through the California State Water Revolving Fund (CSWRF), which requires compliance with Build America, Buy America Provisions, American Iron and Steel, Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates, and USEPA DBE compliance requirements.
