The Project consists of:

-A new structure consisting of Two (2) Transitional Kindergarten Classrooms with student restrooms and common work area, and Office, and Staff restroom.
-A new Transitional Kindergarten play structure and outdoor learning spaces, including new shade structures.

Bidders required to certify meeting the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise ("DVBE") goal of three percent (3%) participation or made a good faith effort to solicit DVBE participation in this Contract if it is awarded the Contract for the Work.

This project has a Prevailing Wage requirement.
Wickman Development and Construction is including a template of our Master Subcontract Agreement for reference to subcontractors who will be awarded this project.
