The Project consists of: Install a jump barrier on the second level walkway & higher portion of the staircase in MOD F. The barrier consists of a steel frame with impact resistant glazing. .

All Subcontractors should be prepared to provide a 100% performance & payment bond from an approved single, US Treasury-listed Surety company, subject to Aztec’s approval. Aztec will reimburse Subcontractors for bond premium rates up to 1.75%.

The decision to bond any subcontractor is at the sole discretion of Aztec Consultants. Subcontractors awarded any modifications. Please contact Aztec for insurance requirements or any other assistance before submitting bids.
