Hydro Resources �" Mid Continent, Inc is seeking DBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for: Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust, North Canadian Wastewater Treatment Plant Disinfection and Dechlorination Improvements �" Groundwater Well Improvements. Hydro Resources is seeking quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for conductor hole construction, well camera and logging service, water analysis, casing, gravel, grouting, casing welding, well head plumbing, well head slab, cutting and fluid disposal, bit rental, SWPPP, site demolition, trenching and backfilling, grading and paving, yard piping and site restoration, fuel or any other aspect as mentioned in the specifications.

This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses and Small Business Enterprises (SBE). EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to M/WBEs through demonstration of the six affirmative steps.
