The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is responsible for planning, designing, building, and operating the first high-speed rail system in the nation. When completed, it will run from San Francisco to the Los Angeles basin in under 3 hours at a speed capable of exceeding 200 mph. The system will eventually extend to Sacramento and San Diego, totalling 800 miles.

Paragon Partners Consultants, Inc. is one of a handful of Prime consultant for the project. Currently the project needs are for professionals who can provide Real Estate Right of Acquisition and Acquisition-related services, a role which requires experience and a Real Estate Sale's or Broker's license issued by the California Department of Real Estate.

The vicinity of the work is based on the project segment, which at this time is the Fresno - Tulare - Bakersfield area. Therefore proximity to this area would be beneficial. The team's immediate need is for experienced Acquisition Agents who can provide the full scope of acquisition services and the related administrative work. However, we envision the upcoming project needs to be in the areas of Relocation and Property Management.

To perform the required work on the project, sub-consultants are required to carry and maintain during the performance of services the requisite liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance coverage.
