Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from DBE, SBE, MBE & WBE Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for the construction of the Sacramento Area Sewer District’s # 6036- Septic to Sewer Conversion Franklin & Hood. No specific goal has been established for the project, but participation is highly encouraged.

The project involves constructing approx. 38,817 feet of HDPE sanitary sewer force main, along with cleanouts, valves, and other components. It includes three waterway crossings and one freeway crossing using horizontal directional drilling (HDD), as well as a railroad crossing encased in steel through jack and bore. Additionally, the project will require 1,299 feet of 8-inch VCP sanitary sewer with six polymer concrete manholes and install 99 low-pressure sewer pump stations on private properties, complete with alarms and connections to existing plumbing and power. Surface improvements like pavement and landscaping will also be included.

The engineer's estimate is $22,500,000

Quotes are requested from qualified Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for scopes of work, including but not limited to; Traffic Control, Saw-Cutting, Demolition, Excavation & Backfill, Jack and Boring, Sewer Bypass System, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Manhole Maintenance, Precast Concrete And Polymer Concrete Structures, Geotechnical Instrumentation And Monitoring, Slurry Seal, Electrical Work, SWPPP, Exclusion Fencing, CCTV, Shoring, Paving, Surveying, Abandonment, Trucking, and all Other Required Work. Suppliers are required for materials including Piping, Sewer Materials & Construction Aggregates.
