We are seeking quotes for all relevant subcontractor and supplier bids for all applicable trades such as but not limited to: earthwork, demolition, paving, concrete, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, bathroom accessories, millwork, glass/glazing, roofing, doors/frames/hardware, sheet metal, etc. Project scope includes demolition of the existing five portables and replace with six refurbished portables with five on concrete foundations and the sixth on a wood foundation. Modification to new portables includes connecting doors between portables, new interior walls, and new interior finishes. Work includes associated site work.

This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and all subcontractors must have an active DIR registration and California License.

Project is complaint with a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors must be bound to.

Buhler Commercial will require performance/payment bonds for any subcontractor with a value over $300,000.
