HMH is seeking qualifications from Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBEs) for the following types of work: cost estimating; grant administration and preparation of applications; coordination with utility agencies, consultants, and other public agencies; preparation and submittal of Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures documents, including invoices.

Experience providing similar services to Caltrans projects, federally funded projects, transportation and street rehabilitation, facilities, utilities, water and wastewater, knowledge of contract procurement and management, and familiarity with the public bid process is preferred.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation: This project has a 15% DBE participation goal.
