We are seeking quotes for all relevant subcontractor and supplier bids for all applicable trades such as but not limited to: earthwork, demolition, paving, concrete, mechanical, finishes, electrical, low voltage, bathroom accessories, roofing, insulation, sheet metal, doors, glass/glazing, etc. Project scope includes work of a gym and locker room modernization at Rio Vista High School, including restroom renovation, new ceilings and finishes throughout, new HVAC system and new lighting, and site work with path of travel upgrades.

Project Duration = 236 Calendar Days

The district has a goal of 3% of the overall contract value to be by DVBE
certified businesses in California.
