Project Details

SCOPE: Alten Construction has been awarded this Lease/Leaseback Guaranteed Maximum Price Project consisting of construction of a new 1-story, +/- 9,000 fully sprinklered Multi-Purpose Building, along with site improvements to the 'quad' areas adjacent to the building. The athletic field improvements include renovations to the existing basketball courts, baseball field, and other athletic areas.

We are now using BuildingConnected for Bid Notices/On-line Plan Room.
Please separate your pricing for Increment 2 work from the Field Work in your Bid.

Please note that Increment 1 of this project is already in progress and includes site demolition and site work, consisting of rough grading, underground utilities, and building pad preparation for the new building and ‘quad’ area.

New as of 1/1/24: New California Air Resource Board or C.A.R.B. requirements apply to all subcontractors with equipment on-site. current certificates of compliance from the Air Resource Board’s D.O.O.R.S. website and compliant equipment on-site will be required/collected/and monitored at all times by Alten on-site staff.

It is now State of CA law to include CSLB license # & DIR # on bid sub list " make sure to put them on your bid scope’s 1st page!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project, but you are required to include the cost for all required insurance in your bid.
