The scopes of work we are looking to subcontract are as follows:
910-78 Weatherization, Weather and Waterproofing Maintenance and Repair Services.
975-37 Garbage/Refuse Equipment, Dumpsters. Rental or Lease.
910-51 Masonry, Concrete, and Stucco Maintenance, Finishing, and Repair Services Including Inside Concrete Sawing and Grouting Work
910-66 Roofing, Gutters, and Downspouts Maintenance and Repair Services
910-22 Fireproofing Services, Spray-On Type
770-09 Asphalt, Roofing

The bid submittal is scheduled for November 6th at 2:00PM CST. We request that you submit your proposals to us no later than November 1st at 2:00 PM CST on the items of work or materials that your company is certified to supply or perform. Please email your quotation directly to tlong@restocon.com and bids@restocon.com. Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications, and contract for construction of the owner/agency (including addenda thereto) and follow all federal, state, and local laws.
