We are looking for MBE, WBE, and Section 3 certified workers and subcontractors. Trades include electrical, low voltage, concrete, concrete masonry, painting, landscaping, casework, insulation, glazing, plastering, and drywall contractors. The Project is located at 433 S Wilma Ave. and will consist of landscaping, exterior renovation, and installation of a pergola pre-purchased by the City. The work comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. Work to be completed in 60 calendar days. This bid requires MBE, WBE, and Section 3 good faith efforts.

All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All Subcontractors with a Bid greater than $25,000.00 will be required to provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond if awarded a subcontract by VCSI. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, VCSI's sample certificate of insurance with VCSI and the City of Ripon listed as additional insured.
