Project Details

The objective of the project is to refurbish the existing sewage pump station located at 100 Sea Cliff Avenue
in San Francisco. The scope includes replacement of various mechanical, electrical and control equipment,
construction of a new force main, install structural components to improve seismic resilience, perform
various architectural improvements, replace fencing and add security system components.
The Engineer's estimate is $13,500,000.
Seeking all trades (but not limited to): Pumping, Mechanical, Trucking, Structural Concrete, Asphalt, Roofing, Waterproofing, Demolition, Rebar, Concrete, Traffic Control, Survey, HVAC, Architectural Doors & Windows, Metal Framing, Tiling, Flooring, Misc Metals, Paving, Fencing, Landscaping and other required work and trades.
