Lenax Construction Services, Inc. (LENAX) is in the process of preparing a proposal for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works On-Call Cost Estimating and Related Services. As part of the County’s Community Business Enterprises (CBE) program, we are seeking qualified firms registered as CBEs with Los Angeles County to assist us with providing the following services: Cost Estimating Services (Including General Cost Estimating for Capital Projects, Conceptual Estimating, Validation of JOC cost proposals, Third Party Cost Estimating, Change Order/Claim Support, Field Inspection, and Additional Related Estimating Services). The scope of work includes providing professional cost estimators who are experienced and current with market conditions to provide realistic and accurate cost estimating services. Public Works requires a Consultant for cost estimating services to support design and engineering for Capital Projects and other building-related civil and site work.

Please send us the following items: Resume(s) (2 pages maximum), a firm overview/profile (1 page maximum), and a copy of your Current County of Los Angeles CBE/LSBE Certification(s). Resumes reflecting work experience with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works are a plus.
