Project Details

We are looking for White Male Owned Businesses, White Women Owned Businesses, Minority Owned Businesses to bid on this project as subcontractors. Trades include hazmat abatement, site demolition, tree removal, excavation, earthwork, concrete paving, landscaping, masonry, waterproofing, roofing, insulation, sheet metal, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical. The Project is located at 3535 Sandretto Road
Valley Springs, CA 95252. The work comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. Work to be completed in 175 calendar days. This bid requires good faith efforts as defined in EBMUD's guidelines.


All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All Subcontractors with a Bid greater than $25,000.00 will be required to provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond if awarded a subcontract by VCSI. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, EBMUD's requirements.
