SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Providers including all certified DVBE for the following
items of work, but not limited to: Aggregate Materials, Concrete, Base, and Sand, Metals, Carpentry, Sheathing, Trusses, Framing, Case work, Doors, Frames, Windows, Gypsum Finishes, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Tile Slip-Resilient Flooring and bases, Signage, Toilet Accessories, Cabinets, Plumbing, Heating & HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm System, Site Clearing, Excavation, Trenching, Erosion Control Plan, Asphalt Paving, Sidewalks and ADA Markings, Water Piping, Sewer Gravity Fed Piping, Storm drain and all applicable apparatuses.

Scope of work consists of construct 1,660 SQ FT Classroom Building and misc. site work and path of travel improvements.

SnL is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation. DVBE participation goal is 3%.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California Department of Industrial Regulations, pertaining to Trinity County http://www.dir.ca.gov/DLSR/PWD.

Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.

DVBEs can not longer self certify. Proper DVBE Certification must be submitted with proposal. Proof of Certification must be provided for the DVBE by the Department of General Services, Office of Small Business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (OSDS).
