SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Providers including all certified WBE, MBE and Section 3 for the following items of work, but not limited to: sheeting, shoring & bracing, demo work existing treatment plant components, SCADA Control System, clarifier, sludge pump station, Tertiary Filtration, piping, valves, controls, electrical, mechanical, roads, structures and appurtenances. WTP Upgrade material, aggregates, concrete, rebar, asphalt paving, trucking, and more.
Project consists of Demo existing treatment plant components including, but not limited to Return sludge pumps, SCADA Control System, Mixed Liquor Distribution Box, Secondary Clarifier, Return Sludge Pump Station, Tertiary Filtration, Septage Receiving Station, Grit & Odor Control System

SAM.Gov Registration Requirements: All General Contractors must be actively registered in The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to execution of the contract. All subcontractors must obtain a Unique Entity Identification number to be eligible for the project.

Wage Requirements are subject to the Federal Davis Bacon and Prevailing Wage compliance and the State of California Prevailing Wage compliance pursuant to Section 1770 and following of the Labor Code, the Contractor for the work will be required to pay, at least, the general prevailing wage rates as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California. The project must pay the highest wage compared between DOL and DIR wage rates for this project.

Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.
Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.
Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
WBE/MBE's can no longer self-certify, and WBE/MBE's firms must be certified at bid opening. WBE/MBE Firms must provide proof of WBE/MBE certification from at a minimum: U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), and California Department of Transportation - Business Enterprise Program CalCert.
