IMPROVEMENTS TO INCLUDE NEW ROOFS, NEW CANOPY SHADE STRUCTURE, CONC. PAVING
REPLACEMENT, RE-SURFING OF PLAY AREA, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL UPGRADES, NEW FINISHES
AND UPGRADING PLUMBING FIXTURES.

Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.
