Stalco is submitting a bid to the NYC DDC for the Rego Park Library: New Facility project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement and has a minority requirement of 4% Unspecified, 9% Black & 14% Hispanic

The work includes:
Demolition of a single-story library building for the construction of a 3-story, 18,500 sf masonry ADA compliant library with a public space on the east side along 63rd Dr. and a staff and service space on the west side along the property line, both spaces will be linked with a central entry vestibule and a monumental stair, additionally the building will have double height reading room spaces, ceiling height windows and angled facades.
