HNTB Corporation is preparing a proposal for Los Angeles County Public Works on behalf of the High Desert Corridor Join Powers Agency (HDC JPA) for: Engineering, Design and Related Advisory Support Services for the High-Speed Rail project from the City of Palmdale to Victor Valley Communities. We are seeking firms certified as disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) in the following areas: DBE compliance; first/last mile planning and design; geotechnical services; hydrology and drainage design; structural engineering; civil engineering; roadway design; site civil and utilities design; utilities coordination; traffic engineering; station mechanical, electrical and plumbing; construction oversight; cost estimating; stakeholder engagement and public outreach; railroad design and coordination; survey; mapping; archaeology; paleontology; cultural resources; Tribal coordination; biological resources; constructability review; seismic engineering; right-of-way engineering; and related engineering support services. The DBE requirement is 23%.
