Fencing and Gates

Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent bidding documents will be available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of November 18, 2024. Contact William Harrison at our office number above to be added to the Building Connected solicitation for the project.

Construction for aforementioned scopes is scheduled to begin Q2 2025.

100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $100,000. Any subcontractor that cannot provide Payment and Performance Bonds for this project can contact our office at 925-494-9700 to discuss available options. Workers’ Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required by all Subcontractors.
