Project Description:
Design/build construction of a new pedestrian bridge adjacent to the existing pedestrian bridge over Rte 120 at the NJ Meadowlands Stadium Complex Lot C, Lot D, and the American Dream Parking Garage. This project is governed as a prevailing wage & PLA project. Scope includes: project design, driven pile, reinforced concrete foundations, MSE substructure, structural steel truss, reinf conc deck, architectural metal cladding, glazing, metal roof and gutters, connection to the existing American Dream Parking structure, combining the existing pedestrian bridge ramp with the new added ramp, site improvements, site electric, interior bridge lighting, PA system, fire suppression system.

Scope of work (but not limited to):
Milling & Paving, Pile Driving, Rebar, Metal Roof, Architectural Metal Framing & Cladding, Signage, Electrical/Lighting, Plumbing, Fire Protection, etc.
