Fabricate, transport and install a 1,440 sq, mono-roof slope, standing seam metal roofing, moment frame building, utilizing a 15’ x 32.5’ module. The building must have a DSA approved PC, 7 feet overhangs at the front of the building with 2’ sidewall and rear overhangs, Hollow metal doors and windows, tackboard at interior classroom walls, FRP at restrooms and suspended T-Bar ceilings. Building must also have complete mechanical HVAC system, electrical power & lighting and plumbing fixtures.
