PLA - Project Labor Agreement

The City University of New York (CUNY) has contracted with Armand Corporation to coordinate the renovation of the Thomas Hunter Hall Infrastructure Upgrades Phase 1, located at 930 Lexington Avenue, New York NY. The scope of construction work includes the renovation of a portion of the 5th floor for Dance Department Offices. replacement of various building systems, the gut renovation of the 6th and 7th floors and providing additional base building infrastructure required to facilitate future upgrades.
