Project Details

Project Description: The project to expand and enhance the Springfield Water System includes well equipping, well modifications, two new 110,000 gallon bolted steel water storage tanks, chlorination facilities, site improvements, electrical and lighting improvements, electrical and chemical building, back-up generator, pump station, approximately 12,500 linear feet of new 6- and 8-inch potable water distribution system piping in public roads and private easements including a new cased crossing across State Route 1, and water service laterals from the main to private residences and businesses. The Project also includes removal and/or abandonment of the existing Springfield Water System and
the Moss Landing Mobile Home Park Well including well destruction, as well as destruction of two private wells.

Subcontractors / Suppliers: SWPPP, environmental protection plan, hydroseeding, traffic control, flagging, demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, fencing and gates, trenching, concrete, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, metals, rebar, anchor bolts, structural steel, masonry, steel decking, ladders, steel handrails, access hatches, PVC roofing, roofing, sheet metal, metal doors and frames, painting and coating, HVAC, fire hydrants, air release valves, paving, asphalt paving, piping, pumps, louvers, bolted steel water tank, electrical, generator, instrumentation, trucking.


Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms (includes MBE, WBE, SBE, SBRA, LSAF, & HUB). The Project may be funded in whole or part by the EPA through the California State Revolving Fund (CASRF) Clean Water and Drinking Water SRF (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs, which requires compliance with Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates, and USEPA DBE compliance requirements.
