RHI is seeking subcontractors and suppliers to remove approximately 18,500 sf of ballasted BUR sections S4 and S9 and install new flat roof system to be ballasted Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer membrane, 60 mils thick. Loose laid new rigid insulation to achieve minimum total R-value of 25. Repair/replace roof drains as necessary, provide new flashing, pipe boots, counter-flashing, and other roof accessories as required, all to achieve manufacturer's 20 year no-dollar-limit warranty. Removal and reinstallation of existing lightning protection air terminals and bases as required.
