Seeking HUB certified businesses to provide quotations for the UPG Structural Repairs project. The HUB goal for this project as listed in the attached HUB program.

The scopes of work we are looking to subcontract are as follows:
910-03 Building Cleaning Services, Exterior
910-53 Painting, Maintenance and Repair Services, Including Caulking

Plans, Specifications, all future addendum, and other project information can be obtained for free at the below OneDrive link. The bid submittal is scheduled for January 7th at 3:00PM CST. We request that you submit your proposals to us no later than January 3rd at 3:00 PM CST on the items of work or materials that your company is certified to supply or perform. Please email your quotation directly to tlong@restocon.com and bids@restocon.com. Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications, and contract for construction of the owner/agency (including addenda thereto) and follow all federal, state, and local laws. Please note, this project has special rules and requirements, such as a detailed schedule.
