We are seeking quotes for all trades for the El Sereno Added Sites project, which includes the design-build of a new triplex at 5471 Keats Street, as well as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) at 5462 Almont Street. The scope of work also involves the rehabilitation (including abatement) of existing single-family homes at 5462 Almont Street and the eight-unit bungalow at 4215-4221.5 Maycrest Avenue.

Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. We will assist with Bonds/
Insurance/Credit. Plans are available at our office. We are an E.O.E. &
seriously intend to negotiate with qualified OBE, DBE, UDBE & M/W/S firms.
