Scope of Work
Abatement and demolition of existing flooring, chalkboards and tackwall, installation of new flooring, markerboards, tackwall, interior paint throughout area of work (doors, walls, lockers), repair/replacement of a few doors, selected door hardware replacements, acoustic ceiling tile replacement, replacement in kind of toilet room accessories, and refurbishment of classroom countertops, as well as other minor scope. Telecom scope includes design and construction of a new public address
headend, new CCTV system, and additional structured cabling to accommodate new WiFi access points (WAP) in each classroom, and office areas

All subcontracts over $300,000 will require performance and payment bonds.

This project is subject to Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors will have to agree to.

Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors must be prequalified with the school district.
