Project Details

W. M. Lyles Co. is actively seeking bids from certified DBE subcontractors as part of the six step "Good Faith Effort" program and to support key components of the Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF) at Regional Water Recycling Plant (RP)-4. Specific areas of interest include Surveying, Geotechnical Engineering and Drilling, Architectural and Structural Design, Electrical and Civil Design, Surge Analysis, Corrosion Control Design, Permitting, Potholing, and Utility Locating using Ground Penetrating Radar.



This effort is part of the Chino Basin Program (CBP), a forward-thinking initiative designed to modernize regional water treatment, storage, and delivery systems. Led by the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA), the program focuses on developing sustainable, local water supplies to enhance reliability and strengthen regional resilience. This procurement centers on delivering Progressive Design-Build Services for the AWPF, a critical component of the CBP, aimed at advancing water treatment solutions for the region.

Please note that all California public works projects are prevailing wage projects and that WML is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers, and Operator Engineers Unions.
