Project Details

SCOPE: Selective demo and construction of a new academic library and learning resource Center on the Laney College campus. The project is a 75,622 SF, 3-story concrete and steel structure, Type IIA construction and consists of Type A-3 & B occupancies. Work includes site utilities and landscaping.
