Sundt Construction is requesting bids for a General Contractor to construct a turnkey maintenance and reservoir storage facility at the Omohundro Water Treatment Plant. Specific elements of the work include:
· New maintenance building that includes workshop, office space, conference room, restrooms, locker rooms, and storage space.
· Reservoir storage facility that includes warehouse space, vehicle bays, and materials storage rooms.
· Outdoor space that includes a pavilion, and landscaped areas with walking paths.
· Employee parking
Misc. Items:
· HVAC replacement in Boilerhouse
· The project shall be delivered with a target of achieving LEED Platinum level certification.
· The project shall be delivered with a target of achieving Envision Platinum level certification.
