EEGC is requesting bids from certified LBE Subcontractors and suppliers for trucking, WPCP, irrigation, sewer tie-in, electrical tie-in, water tie-in, sodded lawn, bollards, tree protection, landscape maintenance, and CMU masonry block wall.

The project will replace three restrooms within the City of Modesto parks; Graceada, Mark Twain, and Robertson Road. Three new prefabricated restrooms will be placed on the site of the old restrooms. The old restroom concrete pads which the old buildings sit on will be removed and replaced with new slabs. The electrical, sewer, water, and irrigation lines will likewise be upgraded to meet the new buildings requirements.

Any subcontractor performing work on the job is required to be registered with the Dept. of Industrial Relations. Please take into account when quoting the project: Prevailing Wage Rates, Certified Payroll, and Insurance Requirements.
