ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 100% Performance and Payment bonds with a surety company subject to approval of Shimmick Construction Company, Inc. are required of subcontractors for this project. Shimmick Construction will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors will be required to abide by terms and conditions of the AGC Master Labor Agreements and to execute an agreement utilizing the latest SCCI Long Form Standard Subcontract incorporating prime contract terms and conditions, including payment provisions. This project will be funded by and is subject to the requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board’s (SWRCB) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program and the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (WIIN). This project is subject to the requirements of Build America Buy America (BABA) Public Law 117-58, the requirements of Davis-Bacon Act and use of current wage determinations required by Davis Bacon Act, and requirements of the California State Water Resources Control Board’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
