Stalco is submitting a bid to the Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation for the Hotel Guest Rooms and Corridors Renovation at Jake’s 58 Hotel project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes.


Apprentice & MWBE Requirements - Apprentice requirements and MWBE requirements are incorporated by reference to the Project Labor Agreement between SROTB and the NSBCTC

Work to be performed:
Renovate the existing hotel guestrooms, corridors, corridor vestibules, reconfigure for new hotel suites on the 10th floor, and relocate the Bridal Prep Salon
