PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified individual or firm to plan, implement, and manage the Rockland County Youth Bureau’s youth workforce preparation program, TEEN (Teen Employment Education Network) Works, as well as other programs and initiatives. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.

The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
