Other site improvements to indicate replacement flagpole, school dedication bell monument, landscape upgrades and related improvement for access compliance.

Administration Building:
Alteration/modernization of existing administration/ classroom building to include:

Addition of new office/work spaces within the existing open pod/classroom/office spaces

Repair of rust corrosion at existing exterior wall panels & alteration of exterior envelope

Upgrade of fire alarm system

Replacement of (3) roof top mounted mechanical units

Related upgrades for access compliance
