We are requesting bids for the following trades:
Selective demolition including hazardous materials and abatement
Cement Plaster
Sheet metal flashing
Elastomeric coating
Scaffolding
The project is generally described as: Exterior wall and cornice repairs at Mission Education Center. This work involves the following:
Abatement of hazardous materials.
Demolition of existing cornice and supports down to the substrate at all exterior walls and replacement with new EIFS wall cornice moulding.
Partial removal of cement plaster finish on two walls of the South Elevation.
Installation of new sheating and cement plaster.
Crack repairs in cement plaster.
Sheet metal flashing.
Sealant.
Elastomeric coating at new cement plaster areas.
Construction schedule: Begin in June 2025, reach substantial completion in August 2025.
Please note Rainbow Waterproofing is requesting subcontractor/suppliers quotes no later than 11:00 a.m. February 18th, 2025.
