Allen Gill Construction Inc. (AGC) is soliciting proposals and quotes from all minority business enterprises (MBE) and women business enterprises (WBE) for the Plunkett Road Retrofit Project in Arcata, Ca. Separate sealed bids will be received by the City of Arcata at 736 F street. Arcata, Ca. 95521 until 11:00 a.m. local time on February 25, 2025 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. This project consists of traffic control, construction staking, hydroseeding, SWPPP, clearing and grubbing, materials testing, misc. demolition, split rail and chain link fence, asphalt paving, booster pump station equipment, electrical and backup generator. AGC is requesting quotes from MBE and WBE contractors.
