Allen Gill Construction Inc. (AGC) is soliciting proposals and quotes from all minority business enterprises (MBE) and women business enterprises (WBE) for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project in Dorris, Ca. Separate sealed bids will be received by the City of Dorris at 307 S Main Street. Dorris, Ca. 96023 until 1:00 p.m. local time on March 12, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. This project consists of demolition of existing treatment plant building, well head improvements, SWPPP, new CMU treatment building, chain link fence, ground mounted solar array electrical and backup generator as well as, a SCADA system. AGC is requesting quotes from MBE and WBE contractors.
