Chumo Construction Inc. (Chumo) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the following work:
AC Dike, Asphalt, CIDH Piles, Concrete Barrier, Concrete Removals, Construction Area Signs, Curb and Gutter, Develop Water Supply, Drainage, Drill and Bond, Electrical, Excavation, Fence, Joint Seal, JPCP, Landscape, LCB Rapid Setting, MBGR, Minor Concrete, Misc. Iron & Steel, Pre/Post Construction Surveys, ISR, Rebar, Roadside Clearing, Roadside Signs, Rock Blanket, RSC, Segment Correction, Sign Structures, Striping, Traffic Control, Trucking, Vegetation Control
Chumo will work with interested subcontractors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.

Chumo Construction Inc. (Chumo) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Chumo will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage meeting Chumo's requirements and/or the owner's requirements and will be required to sign the standard AGC Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator. Chumo requires the subcontractors and suppliers price quotes be provided at a reasonable time prior to the bid deadline to enable a complete evaluation. Plans and specifications are available for viewing (by appointment only) at our office located at 14425 Joanbridge Street, Baldwin Park, CA.
